Every piece from Curiosity Glassworks is handcrafted individually or in small batches and carefully packaged to arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Each order is packed using a protective box-within-a-box system designed specifically for glass, helping ensure your piece arrives safely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Local Pickup

Free pickup is available by appointment in Chelsea, Manhattan.

After your order is placed, Curiosity Glassworks will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Manhattan Delivery

For customers in Manhattan, hand delivery may be available by arrangement for select orders.

If you're interested in local delivery, please get in touch before or after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns

I want you to enjoy living with your piece.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your package is missing after delivery, we’re happy to help you work with USPS to locate it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. If the piece can be replaced, I'll gladly do so. If not, I'll issue a full refund.

If you'd like to return an undamaged item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Because every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
